transactions in a wide variety of technology areas. Mr.
Brown has conducted more than 100 bench trials and
16 jury trials in various jurisdictions across the
country, and is admitted to practice before the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States
Supreme Court. He has designed and negotiated complex
multi-million dollar transactions for domestic and
international high technology businesses worldwide,
including such foreign jurisdictions as Hong Kong,
Taiwan, Switzerland, People's Republic of China,
Germany, Russia, Mongolia, Sweden, and The Netherlands.
