David joined the Firm in 1995, and has extensive experience
in the areas of limited liability companies, corporations,
litigation, real property and estate planning. Dedicated
to assisting entrepreneurs and business owners, David
provides significant value-added services on a practical,
as well as strictly legal basis. Known as a deal-maker,
rather than a deal-breaker, what separates David from
many other business lawyers is his ability to 1) organize
diverse client objectives into a strategic plan, and
2) get things done. Because of his dedication to the
entire business and its owner, David also helps business
owners organize their estates to maximize management
opportunities and tax benefits.
As
a speaker to groups of attorneys, professional organizations
and community associations, David has demonstrated the
ability to communicate effectively over a broad range
of legal concepts.
David
lives in Edmonds and is committed to helping his community.
In particular, David serves as a Sunday School Teacher
and member of the Edmonds Exchange Club, a community
service organization that, among other things, is dedicated
to overcoming domestic violence and child abuse.
Besides
spending time with his family, as a former college football player,
David enjoys most all challenges including golf, basketball
and baseball.
